Poem in your Pocket Day
The idea is simple: select a poem you love during National Poetry Month and carry it in your pocket to share.

We’re celebrating poetry month in conjunction with National Library Week. So when you come to see all the great new resources we offer, be sure to bring a poem with you. If you don’t have a favorite one, we have plenty of poems here at the library to choose from, or better yet, make up your own. If you read or recite your poem to a staff member you can get a free homemade cookie!
