Support for service members and families

SFAC exists to support service members during times of medical recovery and transition, along with the families who support them.

SFAC may assist:

Service members returning to duty
Service members preparing to transition to civilian life
Families and caregivers who need guidance or referrals

Support may vary by location, but SFAC staff work to ensure no one is left navigating the system alone.
